I can wholeheartedly recommend Jason at MJK. From the initial consultation through various revisions, he sympathetically and thoughtfully designed our kitchen to our needs. He also worked to our budget. His suggested building alterations transformed the room and freed up so much space. Best of all, Jason’s team of subcontractors were all top notch and Jason project managed them to perfection. Yes, you may pay a slight premium over Wren or Howdens but it really is worth it.

Absolutely outstanding service, totally exceeding all expectations. I had turned up to the showroom without an appointment, and was welcomed by Jason. I discussed what kind of design I had in mind, and that I was also contemplating knocking down an internal wall in order to make the kitchen open plan. Something I had wanted to do for 12 years. Nothing was a problem, his experience, expertise and attention to detail is second to none. I had a number of appointments that followed this visit in order to tweek, plan and choose everything that I wanted. I had changed my mind over a couple of things along the way, which was not a problem for Jason. He is very patient, and explains that the kitchen has to be right for the customer. I thoroughly trusted his experience, and felt comfortable. There was no hard sell whatsoever. I had initially researched various kitchen companies, and had a design appointment with another company prior, which i felt was seriously lacking. I absolutely made the right decision in choosing Mark Johnson Kitchens. Jason spent time explaining the quality of the products, various cupboard finishes, worktops, demonstrating how various Quooker taps, and Neff appliances worked. I had always used a gas hob and was apprehensive about changing to electric/induction. The appliances are brilliant. He also advised on a current Neff appliance cashback promotion that was running which would ultimately save me some money. The customer service has been amazing, Sonia is very thorough and sent through everything I needed, responding to any queries promptly and professionally. Jason followed up with visits and phone calls to ensure everything was on track and being installed in line with the design. On my initial first visit, I explained that I didn't want to have to co-ordinate the various trades throughout the process due to previous experience of people not turning up. This was not a problem. It was thoroughly planned and project managed with precision. The team of builders, various trades, Liam and Riley the electricians and Graham the kitchen fitter were absolutely amazing, so respectful towards my property, clean, and fantastic at their jobs. It has been a brilliant experience to watch the design come to life. Im so proud of my new kitchen space. From seeing the final draft image on a large screen in the showroom all those months ago, to sitting in my new kitchen, I can quite honestly say that that the reality of that design now- is exactly the same as it looked that day when I saw it for the first time. The finish is pristine, I am overjoyed with how it all looks, it is a 12 year dream kitchen come true, for which I am truly grateful. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark Johnson Kitchens, so much so, that they are now designing a media wall to complement another sitting area. Even though my house was an upside down building site in parts when the wall was knocked down, it has been an absolute pleasure. Thank you so much.

We have just had a second kitchen designed and fitted by Jason and his team at Mark Johnson Kitchens in Wigan following our house move, and once again, Jason has exceeded our expectations. Jason’s attention to detail is truly second to none. He took the time to listen to what we wanted and his final design was better than we had imagined and perfectly aligned with how we want to use our kitchen space. The project management for the installation process was seamless and caused minimum disruption. Graham, the kitchen fitter, demonstrated fantastic workmanship—his precision and care in the fitting are clearly evident. Liam the electrician was professional and efficient as always, ensuring all the technical elements were handled seamlessly. Crowe Flooring once again spent time with us to help with our choice of flooring and advised us on the best pattern layout for the style of our kitchen, the finish is flawless and ties the whole room together. If you are looking for a bespoke, high-quality kitchen with a team that truly cares about the details, we cannot recommend Jason and his team at Mark Johnson Kitchens highly enough. The design, quality, workmanship and attention to detail are clear to see and we couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen.

We have been very impressed with the service from Jason from the start to the finish of our project. We had a new kitchen installed as part of an extension to our house and he worked closely with us, our builder and the different trades people on site to get the kitchen designed, installed and finished to a very high standard. Jason is very knowledgable, creative, approachable , responsive and attentive to detail - he guided us through the whole process with great expertise (and great patience). Graham, who fitted the kitchen, did an amazing job too (the guys on site were very impressed with his craftsmanship which is great testament to his skills). The finished kitchen is stunning and we would certainly highly recommend Mark Johnson Kitchens.

We have been considering an extension to our home for quite some time, removing a conservatory and extending the kitchen to give us an open plan kitchen / lounge area. Looked at lots of kitchen showrooms and had a few designs and not really sure on any of them. Mark Johnson Kitchens was then recommended by a friend. We went to the shop in Wigan and liked the kitchens on display. Jason was very helpful and designed us the kitchen that we had in our vision for the room. Jason's eye for detail and his obvious passion for what he is helping to create gave us the confidence to start the renovation and build our room. During the build Jason kept in contact with us and came out numerous times to again give us the confidence that everything would look good and fit well. When the time came to fit the kitchen, everything was delivered on time and the fitter that Jason organised , Graham Hutchinson did a fantastic job - very meticulous and again took pride in what he was creating. We can honestly say that we would 100% recommend Mark Johnson Kitchens . Did an excellent job for us and given us a fantastic kitchen , Thanks to Jason and Graham for a great job .

We recently purchased our beautiful new kitchen and utility from Mark Johnson Kitchens (Wigan) after they'd been recommended to us by a friend. From the start of the process, we have been extremely pleased and impressed with Jason and his team. Jason was extremely helpful throughout the design process, understanding our needs and provided us with samples to help us decide on colour schemes and finishes. He was also able to get some money off the Neff appliances we wanted as there was a promotion going on at the time - which was a bonus. The installation was seamless with Jason coordinating the kitchen fitters, arrival of materials and appliances and granite installers. All trades were professional, very accommodating and tidy throughout the whole project and the workmanship and finish is excellent. We are extremely pleased with the end result and would be more than happy to recommend Mark Johnson Kitchens (Wigan).

I would 100% recommend Mark Johnson Kitchens I called in to the shop by chance without an appointment and Jason was really welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always easy to contact and responded promptly to any questions that I had during the planning of the job. The work started at the beginning of December and was completed in under three weeks. Graham the kitchen fitter was really nice and friendly and incredibly tidy, checking with me as the job was progressing that I was happy with everything. Neil and his team who did the electrics and Shaun the plasterer were exactly the same, all so friendly, tidy and great at keeping me informed as to timescales. Jason was fully hands on throughout the time the work was being completed and there on the last day to check I was completely happy. I was going to do a review straight away, but then decided to leave it a while to let everything settle in. There have been absolutely no issues at all and I am extremely satisfied with my choice and very grateful to Jason for his time and support throughout it all.
